Hello everyone! I'm looking forward to seeing all of you in a few weeks. Here is a brief review of the last 40 years: I graduated in Pharmacy from UI in 1979 and worked in Iowa Falls for 11 years. While there, I met and married Clark Grinde. We moved to Story City in 1991, and I have been working for Nucara Pharmacy since then. We have 2 grown children. Emma graduated from ISU last year and lives near LaCrosse, WI. John will be a senior at Univ. of Oklahoma.
Now that we have a pretty empty nest, I am trying to decide how to re-purpose 2 bedrooms before they fill up with stuff. My spare time is spent making quilts and trying to make Hostas grow under our big maple trees.
Ed talked me into being on the reunion committee. It has been fun getting together with this group every few weeks since January. Our meetings should only take about 20 minutes, but because Ed starts telling stories, we get off track and they last 2 hours. It's all good. See you soon!
