Upon Ames High School graduation, I became a United States Marine, graduating from boot camp in Parris Island, SC. I was stationed overseas for several years before coming back to the US where I graduated from Iowa State University. I worked in the restaurant business in cooking and management for over 20 years. I was also an umpire for basketball, fast-pitch softball, and baseball. I lived mostly in Louisiana (26 years), but moved to Fredericksburg, VA, two years ago to be close to my twin daughters. I currently work for Rappahannock Area Agency on Aging and enjoy helping people. My dad, George Duvall, passed away almost one year ago and I look forward to this reunion and returning to the high school where my dad's memory lives on.
